Darmstadt's interdisciplinary theatre festival from November 27th to 30th, 2025
From November 27th to 30th, 2025, theater INC. Darmstadt celebrates the fifth anniversary of its interdisciplinary theater festival anti.HELDEN at the Theater Moller Haus. The festival is dedicated to those characters who are not perfect – the doubters, the seekers, and the stranded, whose flaws and conflicts reveal the human condition.
The event kicks off on Thursday with the intermedia performance "20.25 – And where were you!?" by Maximilian Friedel. Featuring live music and striking visuals, the piece explores the delicate balance between pain and awakening, prompting reflection on societal developments.

On Friday, an exclusive preview of the new “Macbeth” production by theater INC. will take place – an intense, immersive version that ruthlessly exposes power, ambition, and moral decay.
Saturday begins with a dance workshop by Alessio Damiani and Enzo Boffa, who will introduce their choreography "When We Collide ." In the afternoon, the premiere of "Amerika" on the program – a poetic novel adaptation of Kafka's novel "In a Suitcase theater INC. Factory presents Georg Büchner's "Leonce and Lena ," followed by a festival party with karaoke.

Sunday opens with the family play "Six Travel the World" based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tale. The evening concludes with the solo performance "Schinderhannes" by Christian Klischat , which tells the story of the infamous robber from the perspective of his executioner.
Between performances, the festival lounge to linger and chat. After selected performances, moderated discussions with Petra Schlesinger (Radio Darmstadt) will take place.
