Weiterstadt invites you to a day full of brass music, jazz and family programs on 31 August
WEITERSTADT – On Sunday, August 31, 2025, Braunshardt Castle Park will be transformed into a grand stage: Under the motto "A Park Full of Music," the City of Weiterstadt's Cultural Promotion Agency invites you to its popular summer concert. The open-air event takes place every two years and offers Weiterstadt's clubs the opportunity to present a diverse musical program.
The musical spectrum ranges from folk brass band music and shanties to jazz and orchestral arrangements. Mayor Ralf Möller will host the program. There's a special entertainment program for children: the SGW's participatory circus, directed by Katja Baader, invites young visitors to try out the circus.
Culinary delights are also catered for: Holzofengourmets from Riedstadt and BarVibes from Griesheim will be offering a variety of food and drinks. Admission to the event is free. However, in case of rain, the concert will be cancelled.
