Tree felling work on March 5th and 6th between Offenbacher Kreuz and Langen interchange
Motorists on the A661 should expect restrictions: The Hessian Forestry Office Langen will be carrying out tree felling work along the motorway on Wednesday, March 5th, and Thursday, March 6th, between 8:00 and 17:00 each day.
The works will affect both directions of travel between the Offenbach interchange and the Langen exit . The first lane will have to be temporarily closed when hazardous trees are being removed.
Traffic disruptions are possible – please allow extra time
The work is being carried out on the hard shoulder , so traffic can generally continue to flow. However, the temporary lane closures cause jams and delays – especially during rush hour.
