The town of Groß-Gerau invites its senior citizens to a pre-Christmas afternoon event Advent celebration will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 , at 2 p.m. in the Groß-Gerau town hall . Doors open at 1 p.m. All residents aged 60 and .
Musical and entertaining program
The varied program will be presented by the trombone choir of the Protestant parish , the dance group of the Groß-Gerau gymnastics club , the Fidelen Ukulelen ensemble and the choir of the Nordschule school .
social services group of the German Red Cross, Wallerstädten branch will provide drinks city's senior services team will be supported by numerous volunteers .
Admission, service and information
Tickets cost €3 and include coffee, tea, and cake, as well as a free shuttle bus service from the market square to the town hall. Cold drinks will also be available. All guests are asked their own coffee and cake set .
