Year in review, anniversary celebrations and a convivial get-together
The Eberstadt branch of the VdK (Association of Socially Disadvantaged People) announces that this year's Advent celebration on Friday, December 12, 2025 , starting at 2:30 p.m. in the St. Josef parish hall at Gabelsbergerstraße 17 in Darmstadt-Eberstadt. All members and interested residents of the district are invited.
The event will feature a slideshow looking back on the activities of the past year. In addition, a convivial program of poems, stories, and songs , accompanied by coffee and cake, will create a festive atmosphere to usher in the Advent season.
A special highlight of the program is the recognition of those celebrating anniversaries in 2025 , which will be conducted by local mayor Lutz Achenbach . Please register to attend by calling 06151 / 6278926 .
The local VdK branch also announces a diverse program for the coming year – including coffee and doughnuts, Mother's Day coffee, regular meetings, and information sessions. Specific dates will be announced.
