To fill volunteering
A new arbitrator is being sought for the two districts of Goddelau and Crumstadt, the application deadline was extended to Friday, January 24, 2025. For personal reasons, the previous arbitrator wants to resign as soon as possible.
Suitable persons (according to § 3 Hessisches Arched Office Act) from Goddelau and Crumstadt can apply for this voluntary work at the Department of Inner Administration of the City Administration of the City Administration of Riedstadt (Rathausplatz 1, 64560 Riedstadt). The selection is made by the magistrate and city council meeting. The arbitrator is adopted by the Groß-Gerau district court.
The tasks of the arbitration office include the implementation of arbitration proceedings in bourgeois litigation and in criminal matters. Arbitration procedures pursue the goal of an amicable agreement between the disputes that judicial proceedings can be avoided. The voluntary activity for which an allowance is granted is based on the provisions of the Arched Office Act.
