SG Arheilgen invites you to swim in the cold water on April 11th
Darmstadt will host its first winter swimming meet at the Arheilger Mühlchen on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The event is being organized by the triathlon department of SG Arheilgen.
Swimming in cold temperatures
The event is aimed at both experienced winter swimmers and those curious to try this unique sport. The focus is on the shared experience and the exchange among participants.
swimming events include various disciplines:
50-meter breaststroke, 50-meter freestyle, 100-meter breaststroke, and 100-meter freestyle. The competitions begin at 10:00 AM.
Participation is free
Participation in the winter swimming meet is free. Registration is possible in advance via the triathlon department's website .
