Increased concentration of cyanobacteria currently makes swimming impossible
Swimming at the Arheilger Mühlchen is suspended until further notice due to an increased concentration of cyanobacteria (blue-green algae), which can pose a health risk to bathers.
To protect visitors, the swimming lake will remain temporarily closed. Water quality is regularly monitored and analyzed through samples. As soon as the measured values return to safe levels, the city will announce the reopening of swimming.
