Works by Albinoni, Telemann and Vivaldi – free admission, donations welcome
On Saturday, November 8, 2025 , the Dreieich Chamber Orchestra to a festive Baroque concert at the Evangelical Trinity Church in Eberstadt (Heidelberger Landstraße 305). The concert begins at 6 p.m. , admission is free – donations are welcome.
Under the direction of Armin Rothermel , this evening will feature orchestral works and solo concertos by great Baroque composers such as Tomaso Albinoni, Georg Philipp Telemann, Antonio Vivaldi, Muffat , and Johnsen . The program offers a diverse soundscape, ranging from virtuosic solo passages to festive ensemble moments.
The soloists include:
- Esther Nuijten (recorder)
- Ulrike Fröhling (baroque bassoon)
- Ursula Kramer (Baroque bassoon)
They present the diversity and expressiveness of 17th- and 18th-century music on historical instruments. The recorder and bassoon, with their distinctive timbre, enrich the program and transport the audience into the world of Baroque music.
The Dreieich Chamber Orchestra is known for its vibrant interpretations and its dedication to performing Baroque music in an authentic style. The concert in Eberstadt is part of a small concert series that continues on November 9th.
