Construction of the interim containers from July 7th to 9th - parts of the orangery blocked
New rooms for school support are currently being built at the Bessunger School. Two care rooms and an outer warehouse in modular wood construction are built on the northern part of the school yard. Preparatory work such as earthworks and line connections had already started during the Easter holidays.
Construction of the containers affects orangery
From Monday, July 7th to Wednesday, July 9th, the dismantling containers will be set up with the help of a crane. The area between the orange building and the restaurant terrace is used for construction site access. orange building is closed during this period - events are not possible there.
During the Hessian summer holidays, further work is carried out, including the cultivation of the outer camp and the relocation of the PV system on the roof. There can noise pollution during the day .
Start of use for the new school year
At the end of the summer vacation, the final cleaning and furnishing of the new care rooms is planned. With the beginning of the school year 2025/2026, school support should be able to obtain and use the new rooms.
