Live music in the Bessunger boy school on April 12th
On April 12, 2025, the Bessunger Klangfarben Festival brings a versatile musical program to the Bessunger Boys' School. Four acts take the audience on a trip through various sound worlds, from folk and blues to Brazilian rhythms to German-language acoustic pop.
The singer-songwriter Marian Kleebaum combines jazz, melancholy and rousing rhythms in his own songs. With the piano, guitar and singing, he tells his stories in German, English and Hungarian and moves between thoughtfulness and dance.
The multicultural band Cafuné brings Brazilian music, R&B, blues and rock on stage. With a mixture of own compositions and covers, you ensure improvisation and charm. The band consists of Paula Carreira (vocals & texts), Stefanie Diefenbach (keyboard), Claudio Pezzatini (bass) and Hans Rittmannsperger (drums).
The spirited acoustic duo The Moker presents German songs that pack life in music-sometimes humorous, sometimes touching. Kerstin Müller (vocals, texts) and Andreas Hammerschmidt (guitar, background singing) tell stories full of emotions that stimulate laughing, reminding and thinking.
Candyjane stands for folk, blues and country with western guitar, lapsteel, double bass and cajón. Her unmistakable "High Lonesome Sound" tells of longing, lost love and adventurous travels. The quartet consists of Tanja Ebbecke (vocals, guitar), Matte Boëtius (double bass), Mark Rückert (drums) and Steffen Huther (lapsteel, electric guitar, vocals).
The Bessunger Klangfarben Festival promises a musical diversity that awakens emotions and takes the audience on a unique sound trip.
