Construction work during the Easter holidays - traffic disruptions possible
The structural implementation of the planned bicycle road in Goethestrasse is progressing. As the city administration reports, there are extensive asphalt work during the Easter holidays from April 7th to 17th, 2025. These can lead to temporary traffic disruptions and full closures.
In the first step, the crossing areas around the fire brigade are milled away before the new asphalt layer is then applied. The measure is an essential part of the establishment of the planned bicycle road and is intended to increase traffic safety for cyclists.
Since the work depends on the weather and the delivery of the asphalt plays a role, there may be delays in the construction process. The city asks for understanding for possible restrictions during the construction period.
