Artwork in black and white from April 27th to May 11th at the Hofgut Reinheim Gallery
The Reinheim Cultural Association presents its first group exhibition of 2025, "Black and White." April 27 to May 11, 2025, 21 artists will showcase a diverse selection of paintings and sculptures. The exhibition will be held at the gallery in the Hofgut Reinheim open on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The opening reception will take place on Sunday, April 27th, at 11:00 AM . Mayor Manuel Feick welcome the guests at the opening. Sylvia and Reinhard Wiesiollek with accordion and guitar.
The exhibition explores the unique interplay of black and white. Often referred to as "non-colors," these offer a distinct spectrum of expression in artistic interpretation. The radical reduction to contrasts creates an intense visual language that opens up new perspectives for both artists and the public. The artists respond to the limitations of the color palette by redefining their creative means. Viewers are also invited to question their perceptions and discover that black-and-white representations can be anything but colorless.
The exhibition promises an exciting art experience and offers space for reflection on viewing habits and artistic expression – without bright colors, but with all the more impact.
