1,000 euros for bilingual books at the Luise-Büchner-School
To mark its 20th anniversary, the BNI Büchner chapter a donation of €1,000 to the Luise-Büchner-School in Darmstadt . The funds come from the BNI Foundation and will be used to purchase bilingual books for the school library.
Multilingualism as a key to education
The Luise Büchner School places great emphasis on diverse and inclusive education . The promotion of multilingualism plays a particularly important role. The new books are intended to facilitate students' access to different languages and strengthen their reading skills .
“Our children soak everything up like a sponge, because many don’t have books at home. During breaks, up to 70 children sit in the library and read,” reports headmaster Benjamin Grundmann . “We still have plenty of space on the shelves, so we are delighted to be able to expand our bilingual program.”
BNI Foundation: Entrepreneurs committed to education
