Two -week full closure between Schützenhaus and Traisaer Straße planned
The planned renovation of the asphalt ceiling begins in Böllenfalltorweg on Monday, June 23, 2025 . The measure affects the section between the Schützenhaus and Traisaer Straße access and is implemented in two construction phases . During the construction period, the area for through traffic remains fully blocked .

Deriration for residential traffic
During the first construction phase, residents' traffic on Robert-Cauer-Straße is diverted via the site of the TU Darmstadt . In the second construction phase, the detour takes place south to Nieder-Ramstädter Strasse .
Scope of the construction work
A total of around 2,800 square meters of road space being renovated. The work includes milling the old asphalt ceiling , the exchange of all installation parts, the installation of a new asphalt cover layer and the renewal of the banquet strips . The construction costs amount to around 175,000 euros .
