The city library offers novels, children's and young adult books to browse
Starting Monday, September 8, 2025, the Weiterstadt library invites you to a small book flea market in the media ship. Visitors can browse a diverse selection of novels for adults – from crime and thrillers to historical fiction and science fiction. The selection is complemented by children's and young adult books.
All media come either from well-preserved donations or from items withdrawn from the library's collection. The unique aspect: Guests determine the price themselves; only a minimum base price per item serves as a guideline.
The flea market is freely accessible during the library's regular opening hours and will remain open for at least one week. The aim is to give books a second life and allow readers to make new discoveries.
