Concert with Carmen Piazzini, Peter Wolf and Ingo de Haas on October 25, 2025
On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the Chopin Society of Darmstadt you to a special trio evening. At 5 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Kranichstein District Office, the piano trios in G minor, Op. 8 by Fryderyk Chopin and in D minor, Op. 63 by Robert Schumann will be performed. The concert will begin with four impromptus by the society's namesake.
The performers are pianist Carmen Piazzini , violinist Peter Wolf , and cellist Ingo de Haas . All three musicians are in demand internationally and have been a well-established ensemble for many years.
Chopin's Piano Trio Op. 8, a rarely performed early work, is considered a particular rarity. Combined with Schumann's Trio, the audience can expect a program full of romantic soundscapes.
