Small, atmospheric and neighborly – Advent kick-off at the Old Lessing School
As the organizers of the Waldkolonie (Forest Colony) announce, the popular Christmas market will take place again this year on the first weekend of Advent. will gather Alte Lessingschule Saturday, November 29 , from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Sunday, November 30 , from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Culinary delights, handcrafted items and Christmas spirit
Local clubs and organizations provide a diverse selection of drinks, savory and sweet treats, handmade gift ideas, and Christmas decorations. The Christmas market thus supports these clubs and organizations in the Waldkolonie district while simultaneously creating a cozy atmosphere.
Music and a visit from St. Nicholas
Protestant Deanery Brass Ensemble and the live band BRASSeMOTION will provide the musical entertainment , creating a festive atmosphere on both days. A special treat for children will be the visit from St. Nicholas , who will be handing out small surprises on both days of the event.
