The aim of the three -week competition is to collect as many kilometers in everyday life as possible by cycling - whether on the way to work, school or in leisure. It is not just about sporting ambition, but above all about an active contribution to climate protection and a visible sign of cycling promotion in the municipality.
Both individuals and teams - for example from clubs, schools, companies or families. Registration is now possible online at www.stadtradeln.de . Reinheim starts the competition together with the Darmstadt-Dieburg district.
We are looking for not only Germany's most bicycle -active municipalities, but also the most committed teams and cyclists on site. The campaign is coordinated annually by the climate alliance and takes place in numerous cities and municipalities across Germany.
