The connecting ramp from the A67 to the A672 will remain closed until the end of September
The closure at the Griesheim interchange is expected to last until the end of September 2026. The affected area is the connecting ramp from the A67 coming from Mannheim to the A672 towards Darmstadt. This is due to more extensive renovation work than initially anticipated.
As the western branch of Autobahn GmbH reports, work is currently underway at the Griesheim interchange to renovate the ramp. This work has proven more complex than initially anticipated. The existing closure must therefore be extended.
Diversion via the A5
Motorists traveling on the A67 from Mannheim to Darmstadt will be diverted via the A5. The diversion initially leads towards Frankfurt and then via the A672 to Darmstadt.
Autobahn GmbH points out that the closure is expected to remain in place until the end of September and that traffic disruptions may continue during this period.
Further information about the works can be obtained from Autobahn GmbH.
