The A60 and A67 are affected
The western branch of Autobahn GmbH will be carrying out dismantling work on the new bridge construction at the A60/A67 in the Rüsselsheim interchange over the next two weekends.
For this purpose, direction-specific closures of the A67 will take place from Friday, January 17, 2025, 8 p.m., until Monday, January 20, 2025, 5 a.m., and from Friday, January 24, 2025, 8 p.m.,
a.m. For the closure in the direction of Darmstadt from January 17, 2025, 8 p.m., until January 20, 2025, 5 a.m., the following detours are available:
- Diversion from the Rüsselsheim-East interchange via A67, Mönchhofdreieck, A3, Frankfurter Kreuz, A5
- From the Rüsselsheim interchange, diversion via the A60 Mainz, Rüsselsheim-Mitte exit (U-turn), A60 Rüsselsheim interchange to the A67 towards Darmstadt
- Large-scale diversion from Mönchhofdreieck via A3, Frankfurter Kreuz, A5
- Large-scale diversion from Wiesbaden interchange via A66 Frankfurt, A648, A5 or A66 Wiesbaden, A671 Darmstadt, A60 Rüsselsheim
For the closure in Frankfurt from January 24, 2025, 8 p.m., to January 27, 2025, 5 a.m., the following detours are available:
- From the Rüsselsheim interchange, diversion via A60 Mainz, A671 Wiesbaden
- Large-scale diversion from Darmstadt interchange via A5 Frankfurt, A3 Cologne
- Large-scale diversion from Viernheimer Dreieck via A6, A61 Koblenz
Motorists are advised to listen to traffic reports on the radio, take potential disruptions into account when planning their routes, and allow sufficient travel time for the detour. The Autobahn GmbH (Federal Highway Company) requests the understanding of all road users for the necessary work and the associated traffic disruptions.
