The third and expanded edition presents archives and their work

The city of Darmstadt, a center of science and research, has published a third and expanded edition of its publication "Archives in and around Darmstadt – Searching for and Discovering History ." It offers a comprehensive overview of the archival landscape in the city and region and is aimed at interested citizens, researchers, and institutions.
Newly included are the archives of Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and the city of Mörfelden-Walldorf . Archives already listed have updated their contact details and information, providing more detailed insights into their work in this new edition.
The archive guide highlights the importance of archives as preservers of cultural heritage , as sources for historical research , and as service providers for society .
