Work on the tunnel ceiling will require nighttime traffic restrictions
In mid-October, Darmstadt will experience nighttime traffic restrictions in the city center:
From Monday, October 20th, to Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, the Darmstadt City Tunnel each night from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. completely closed work on the tunnel ceiling, which can only be carried out at night.
During the closures, the Wilhelmin parking garage inaccessible. However, the entrance and exit to the Q-Park parking garage via Rheinstraße will remain open throughout.
Road users are asked to avoid the area and to observe the signage on site.
