Personalized departure monitor provides real-time data for buses and trains
The Darmstadt city economy app now offers a new feature for public transport: a customizable departure monitor with real-time data.
According to HEAG, the new feature was developed in close cooperation with HEAG mobilo and significantly expands the existing service offerings of the app.
Individual departure times directly to your smartphone
With the new departure monitor, users can individually define their own stops, lines, and directions. The app then displays the next departures clearly and in real time.
Current operational data is taken into account, so that even short-term changes are visible.
Push notifications for delays and disruptions
Push notifications can also be activated. These provide information about delays, disruptions, or timetable changes – optionally tailored to specific times of day or days of the week.
According to those in charge, the new function should noticeably simplify the everyday lives of passengers and enable even more targeted use of public transport.
