Nordbad and Bezirksbad Bessungen launch expanded offerings for families
The indoor swimming pool season begins in the science city of Darmstadt on Tuesday, September 16. Both the Nordbad and the Bezirksbad Bessungen will reopen their doors with regular opening hours and special family offers.
Opening hours at a glance
The Nordbad is open from 16 September:
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 9pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
sports and games course for families on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. , Sundays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Bessungen district swimming pool opens from 18 September:
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for schools and clubs
- Thursdays and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There is a games morning for families here on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The ticket office closes one hour before the end of swimming time, and the pool closes 30 minutes before closing time.
