Three bikes seized – possible theft background not ruled out
Darmstadt. The Darmstadt Criminal Investigation Department seized several bicycles in October, the rightful owners of which are still unknown . Since it cannot be ruled out that the bicycles stolen , Police Department 43 now asking the public for information.
Overview of found bicycles
- October 2, 2025: Kalkhoff bicycle , model Endeavor 30 in the color anthracite on Koblenzer Straße .
- October 14, 2025: In Herrngarten , investigators seized a Canyon bicycle with a carbon frame . The bike was presumably repainted – the original color was red , but it is currently gold .
- October 16, 2025: white F.LLi Schiano pedelec , model City Moon , was at Willy-Brandt-Platz , in the area of the medical center
Police asks for clues
Anyone who recognizes one of these bicycles or can provide information about the owners is asked to Police Station 43 at 06151 / 969 – 41110 .
