Three bicycles recovered – possible theft motive not ruled out
Darmstadt. the Darmstadt Criminal Police seized several bicycles whose rightful owners are currently unknown. Since it cannot be ruled out that the bicycles stolen , Precinct 43 now asking the public for information.
Overview of found bicycles
- October 2, 2025: Kalkhoff brand bicycle , model Endeavor 30 in anthracite on Koblenzer Straße .
- October 14, 2025: Investigators seized a Canyon bicycle with a carbon frame in the Herrngarten park . The bicycle had likely been repainted – the original color was red , it is currently gold .
- October 16, 2025: A white F.LLi Schiano City Moon brand found at Willy-Brandt-Platz , in the area of the medical center
Police are asking for information
Anyone who recognizes one of these bicycles or can provide information about the owners is asked to police station 43 on telephone number 06151 / 969 – 41110 .
