Autobahn GmbH renovates corrosion protection at the central structure of the A5
Darmstadt. In the Darmstadt cross there are night closures on the A5 in the direction of Basel in mid -July. The Federal Autobahn GmbH branch carried out repairs to the corrosion protection of the central structure. The work is necessary to permanently protect the steel against weather influences and avoid future damage to the building.
The closures at a glance:
- Sunday, July 13, 9 p.m. to Monday, July 14th, 5 a.m.
- Monday, July 14, 9 p.m. to Tuesday, July 15, 5 a.m.
During this time, the A5 in the direction of Basel in the area of the Darmstadt cross cannot be passed.
Development: Traffic is led via the Next city junction (AS) and the U38 needs. This leads the vehicles back to the A67 via B42 to the Büttelborn junction.
