The district of Groß-Gerau has extensively modernized its civil protection fleet. A total of three off-road pick-ups , a device car , four motorcycles and two drones to be able to react even better to future crisis, such as heavy rain, flood or vegetation fires The investment amount amounts to around 900,000 euros .
"We make our circle even safer with these vehicles," said District Administrator Thomas Will at the official handover in the Groß-Gerau district training center (KSZ) . Distribution to three cities
The emergency vehicles will in future be stationed at the Groß-Gerau, Kelsterbach and Mörfelden-Walldorf locations . New device car and motorcycles for pilot group
