Updated information for garden owners and builders in Hesse
The Darmstadt regional council has published a revised leaflet for the disposal of construction waste . It is aimed at private individuals, garden owners, builders and companies that deal with demolition or dismantling work, for example when dismantling buildings, garden houses or paving areas.
The leaflet "Disposal of construction waste" provides comprehensive information about the current legal requirements for the disposal of building rubble, soil materials and dismantling materials . It serves as a guide for everyone who wants to dispose of construction site waste properly - be it in the private garden or for larger construction projects.
New legal situation taken into account
The waste departments of the three Hessian regional councils (Darmstadt, Frankfurt, Wiesbaden) created the leaflet together. It takes into account the most important innovations in waste law, including:
- Introduction of the replacement building materials regulation
- Adjustments to the commercial waste regulation
- Information from the federal/state working group waste (LAGA)
These regulations also affect private property owners, e.g. B. in the disposal of building rubble from garden walls, old terraces or paths .
