Initial consultation on the topic of PV systems
Solar energy is a major topic in the Groß-Gerau district. Many homeowners already use solar power to generate electricity. However, among the approximately 46,000 single-family and two-family homes in the Groß-Gerau district, there is still a significant amount of potential for photovoltaic (PV) installations.
The district of Groß-Gerau therefore offers free individual initial consultations at the district office every Tuesday morning and afternoon to all residents of the district who would like to install a photovoltaic system on their roof or a mini-PV system on their balcony.

Any electricity you generate yourself can be fed into the public grid and sold. A preliminary consultation about photovoltaics helps determine the optimal system size, potential yields, and the amount of money you can save. An appointment is required for a consultation.
