Chawwerusch Theatre presents a tragicomic invitation to failure on August 22nd
Reinheim. As part of the South Hesse Cultural Summer , the renowned Chawwerusch Theatre in the courtyard of the Hofgut Reinheim Cultural Centre on Friday, August 22, 2025. "Don Quixote – An Invitation to Failure ," a wistful and humorous adaptation of the famous novel by Miguel de Cervantes , adapted by resident playwright Danilo Fioriti .
The play not only recounts the adventurous journey of the Knight of the Sorrowful Countenance and his faithful companion Sancho Panza, but also takes the audience behind the scenes of a theater troupe attempting to stage that very story. Their own failures become as much a theme as the dreams and missteps of their characters. The result is a multifaceted, vibrant production that inspires courage in idealism.
