Friday meeting of the Protestant church community combines information, community and autumnal atmosphere
At the Friday senior citizens' meeting of the Stockstadt Protestant Church, pharmacist Kerstin Berthold from the Altrhein Pharmacy provided information about the introduction and use of e-prescriptions . After a relaxing coffee break with homemade apple pie, Berthold explained the processes surrounding the digital prescription system and used a diagram to demonstrate how older people can continue to receive reliable care even without a smartphone or computer.

The pharmacist also answered questions about the upcoming electronic patient record and offered practical tips on preventative healthcare during the colder season. She prepared small gift bags containing vitamin C, cream samples, and juice bottles .

In the subsequent devotion, Pastor Ksenija Auksutat spoke about the depiction of Jesus as a “pharmacist” in paintings from the 16th and 17th centuries – a symbolism that understands faith as a means of healing.
Friday meeting in the Stockstadt community center
The Friday meeting takes every second Friday of the month from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Stockstadt Protestant Community Center , Marktstraße 13. Registration is not required, and admission is free.
