Information about waste avoidance, reuse and proper disposal
On Monday, January 27th, the own company for municipal tasks and services of the Science City of Darmstadt (EAD) will organize another circular day in the Lincoln settlement in order to dispose of electrical devices and bulky waste on site. In addition, the EAD provides information about waste avoidance, reuse and the proper disposal of various types of waste.
“By practicing more circular economy, we consume fewer resources. One contribution to this is the EAD circulation days, in which electrical devices and bulky waste are collected on site and the professional disposal is made, ”says city treasurer André Schellenberg.
From Sunday, January 26, 6 p.m., citizens can put electrical equipment and bulky waste at designated collection points in the Lincoln settlement (Franklin-, Lincoln-, corner Mahalia-Jackson-Straße, Susan-Sontag-Weg and Noackstraße). On Monday morning (27th) the EAD will leave the collection points from 7.45 a.m. In addition, waste advice from the EAD can be visited for one hour. More
