Joint performance with the choir "Frohsinn" in the Trinity Church
This year's spring concert of the Darmstadt Accordion Concert Society 1936 e.V. is entitled "Eberstadt Makes Music." The concert will take place on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Trinity Church in Eberstadt. Under the experienced direction of conductor Robert Girschick, the orchestra will present a varied program.
Musical diversity and special cooperation
The concert is further enhanced by the participation of the Eberstadt choir "Frohsinn" under the direction of Suzanna Fan-Ebener . Together, the orchestra and choir will present works by Carl Maria von Weber, Christian Forshaw, John Rutter, Robert Stolz, Johann Strauss, Erich Unterholzner, Robert Robitschek, and other composers.
Both clubs rehearse at the community center in Eberstadt and have maintained close contact for years. A joint musical performance will take place for the first time in 2025.
Further performances planned in Darmstadt
The orchestra and choir are expected to at the choral festival in the Orangerie May 18, 2025. Fans of the orchestra can find current concert dates on the association's website .
Anyone interested in participating is welcome to drop in on a rehearsal at any time. Rehearsals usually take on Wednesdays from 8 pm at the community center, Oberstraße 16, Eberstadt .
