Pre-opening on August 7 in the garden of the House of Associations
Darmstadt-Eberstadt. The Eberstadt Kerb 2025 begins with a stylish musical opening: On Thursday, August 7, the community invites you to the "Musical Summer Night" in the garden of the House of Associations at Oberstraße 16, starting at 7:30 p.m. The pre-opening of the traditional Kerb promises a special experience for music lovers and fans of summer evening culture.
The festive open-air concert offers a diverse program of arias, duets, and instrumental pieces from opera, operetta, and world music. Among others, works by Franz Lehár, Gioachino Rossini, Giuseppe Verdi, and Astor Piazzolla will be performed by renowned soloists from Austria and abroad.

The program is being developed in collaboration with the Da Ponte Foundation Darmstadt , which has been committed to high-profile music projects for years. Visitors can expect a summer concert evening in an atmospheric setting—a cultural highlight to kick off the festival week.
Admission is free. Early arrival is recommended, as seating in the garden of the House of Associations is limited.
