Free on-site consultation for owners of single-family and two-family homes
GRIESHEIM – Due to high demand, the successful "Outreach Energy Consulting" is being relaunched in Griesheim. In cooperation with the Hessian State Energy Agency (LEA), residents can receive personalized, in-home energy consulting – free of charge and without obligation.
“Up to 100 additional consultations financed by the state of Hesse for owners of single-family and two-family houses in Griesheim will now be made possible by the resumption,” explains Jörg Glock, climate protection manager of the city of Griesheim.
Interested individuals can now their interest at www.griesheim.de . Appointments are expected to begin in October. The city will inform participants beforehand which energy efficiency expert will contact them to schedule an appointment.
Target group and procedure
This offer is primarily aimed at owners of unrenovated or energy-inefficient single-family and two-family homes within the city limits. The one-hour initial consultation is conducted by independent energy efficiency experts from the region and offers:
- Analysis of the building's energy weaknesses
- Information on sensible modernization measures
- Information on funding opportunities for financing
The costs are covered by LEA Hessen, while the organization in Griesheim is handled by the city.
