Playful learning for primary school students in Groß-Gerau
The Groß-Gerau District Adult Education Center (KVHS) will offer new English courses for elementary school children in fall 2025. The goal is to strengthen children's language skills and self-confidence.
The courses are aimed at students in grades 3 and 4 (A1) and 4 and 5 (A1.2) . The courses teach English in an age-appropriate, playful, and practical way. Stories, songs, dances, and games are designed to help students actively experience and use the language.
In addition to promoting language skills, the courses also strengthen logical thinking and cultural understanding. Different learning styles—visual, aural, or kinesthetic—are taken into account. Parents receive information about the textbook used at the start.
The courses take place at Dornberg Castle in Groß-Gerau and are led by instructor Yana Mihaylova. The participation fee for a nine-week course is €97.20.
