Coffee, snacks and more directly on the track - Mayor Feick is enthusiastic
Right at the train station in Reinheim, the new bistro "Enjoyment on the track" is now offering a practical and enjoyable contact point for travelers and guests. Operator Irina Ilin and her team provide the customers from morning to evening with coffee, sandwiches, sweet baked goods and other articles of everyday needs.
In addition to food and drinks, magazines, daily press, cell phone accessories, gifts and tobacco products are also part of the range. According to Ilin, the goal is to fill the train station with life and create a comprehensive range for commuters and visitors. Born in Reinheim, she lives in Modautal today and would also like to contribute to the revival of the train station with the new concept.
The bistro has been very popular since the first few weeks. A small street café with outdoor seating has been added. There, guests can enjoy fresh waffles with ice or fruits in good weather.
Mayor Manuel Feick and Grit Schieck from the city's business development agency visited the bistro personally. "I am very pleased that the train station now offers a starting point for travelers again. And certainly guests who are not on the move will find their way to the 'enjoyment on the track'," said Feick. "We wish the team continued success and hope for a good assumption by the population."
