For the Ried region, the Crumstadt Open-Air Swimming Pool Association (Freibad Crumstadt eV) was awarded first prize, €1,500, for its project to create a second wildflower meadow. Climate protection as the guiding principle of the association's campaign
“With the ENTEGA club campaign, we are specifically targeting clubs where climate protection is a key priority, just as it is for us. As a sustainably oriented company, this issue is also of vital importance to us. Therefore, clubs that are actively involved in climate protection with an ongoing project or one planned for 2026 can benefit from our offer,” says ENTEGA board member Thomas Schmidt.
For reasons of equal opportunity, the competition was divided into six regions: Bergstraße, Darmstadt, Mainz, Odenwald, Rheinhessen, and Ried. Ninety clubs participated in the online competition. In addition to a special prize draw held to mark the anniversary, a total of €36,000 in prize money is being awarded as part of the club initiative.
