Construction work will start on May 5th - restrictions possible by the end of August
The regional energy supplier Entega begins on Monday, May 5, 2025, with the renewal of supply lines in Landwehrstrasse. The section between Viktoriastraße, Liebigstraße and Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße is affected. In the course of the construction work, water, gas and power lines are renewed in order to permanently ensure security of supply in this area.
The work is expected to be completed by the end of August 2025. A full closure is not planned, but traffic disabilities and a temporary parking and holding ban in the construction site area can be expected throughout the period. The access roads to land cannot be accessible at times. Residents are asked to coordinate directly with the executive construction company via possible time windows.
During the measures, there may be interruptions in electricity, water or gas supply. In these cases, the affected households will be informed in good time by handout. Additional construction noise can also be expected. Public transport is not affected by the restrictions and continues to run on schedule.
