Construction work starts on May 5th – restrictions possible until the end of August
The regional energy supplier ENTEGA will begin renewing utility lines on Landwehrstraße on Monday, May 5, 2025. The affected section is between Viktoriastraße, Liebigstraße, and Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße. During the construction work, water, gas, and electricity lines will be renewed to ensure a consistently high level of supply security in this area.
The work is expected to be completed by the end of August 2025. A full road closure is not planned; however, traffic disruptions and temporary parking and stopping restrictions in the construction area are to be expected throughout the entire period. Access to properties may be temporarily restricted. Residents are asked to contact the construction company directly to discuss possible access times.
During the construction work, there may be interruptions to the electricity, water, or gas supply. Affected households will be notified in advance by leaflet. Additional construction noise is also to be expected. Public transport is not affected by the restrictions and will continue to operate as scheduled.
