Conduits for high-speed internet will be laid in several streets starting on June 29th – work is expected to last until the beginning of September
In Darmstadt's Paulusviertel district, ENTEGA will begin preparatory work on Monday, June 29th, for the further expansion of the fiber optic network. Until approximately the beginning of September, empty conduits will be laid in several streets, through which fiber optic cables can later be pulled.
The affected areas are Jahnstraße (house numbers 25 to 83 and 26 to 72), Rongeweg, Hammerweg, Bruststraße, Niebergallweg and Klappacher Straße in the area of house numbers 4 to 24.
Residents should expect temporary noise disturbances during the construction work. Parking restrictions will also be in place in the affected areas. ENTEGA will inform residents about these measures in writing in advance.
e-netz Südhessen provides up-to-date information about possible supply disruptions or traffic disruptions due to construction sites via the e-netz ticker and on its website.
