Died after a short, serious illness – known for his expressive paintings
The Darmstadt artist Florian Naß von Blumenthal died on August 7th at the age of 58. He was born on June 1st, 1967 in Darmstadt and worked as a freelance painter for many years.
Naß von Blumenthal was a member of the Darmstadt Art Archive and known for his powerful, color-intensive works. His pieces combined figurative elements with abstract structures and were shown in several exhibitions, including at the Will Window Gallery.
His work leaves an artistic mark that has had an impact far beyond Darmstadt.
