Green area office provides information about modern and traditional funeral forms in Darmstadt
The science city of Darmstadt invites you to a free tour of the forest cemetery for Sunday, April 13, at 11 a.m. The focus is on the change in the cemetery and funeral culture in Darmstadt from the early 20th century to the present.
Holger Wagner from the green area office gives insights into the development of funeral traditions and in the current possibilities of burial in the forest cemetery. Modern forms such as tree or urn burials are also discussed.
The meeting point is the main entrance to the forest cemetery . Participation is free of charge, access is barrier -free.
