City invites citizens to discuss the mobility of the future
"ZukunftMobil | Future Plan for Mobility Peace" project, the Science City of Darmstadt is working on a new integrated transport development plan. The goal is to create a strategic framework for sustainable mobility development. Starting September 12, 2025, citizens are invited to contribute their ideas and perspectives in three public forums.
"Citizens should actively participate in achieving mobility peace. Together, we want to discuss how mobility in Darmstadt should develop in the coming years and which goals are crucial in this regard," says Paul Georg Wandrey .
Open exchange at theme islands
Following an introduction by City Councilor Wandrey, the planning department will provide brief updates on the current status of the project. Participants will then have the opportunity to contribute their ideas and discuss directly with experts at various themed areas. All three forums will be identical in content, with only the venues differing. Visitors are welcome to join at any time during the scheduled times.
