Cooking together and discussion about the local elections at the Caritas Center Eberstadt South
For over 19 years, the multicultural cooking studio GARI BALDI for people from Eberstadt and beyond, where they can exchange ideas while cooking and eating together. The project brings different cultures together and takes place on the last Thursday of each month, with a different country theme each time.
Culinary journeys and intercultural exchange
Originating in Germany, the cooking evenings have already explored the culinary traditions of numerous countries. The shared meals are complemented by cultural, social, and political background information about the respective host countries. This inclusive and intergenerational approach has characterized the project for many years, connecting encounters with everyday culture.
GARI BALDI evening with the CDU Eberstadt
The next cooking evening will take place on January 29, 2026, at 6 p.m. in cooperation with the CDU Eberstadt . The venue is the Caritas Center Eberstadt South, located at In der Kirchtanne 33. In addition to a culinary journey to Italy, the evening will also focus on exchanging ideas with the CDU Eberstadt candidates for the upcoming local elections.
Preparing food together provides an opportunity for conversation, questions, and suggestions in a relaxed atmosphere. The evening is designed as an open forum for encounters, combining political topics with getting to know one another personally.
