A multicultural cooking studio invites you to the Caritas Center Eberstadt South on February 26th
The multicultural cooking studio GARI BALDI at the Caritas Center Eberstadt South invites you to a special evening on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 6 p.m. Under the motto "Chili Pot and Talk," the monthly meeting is being held in cooperation with the FDP (Free Democratic Party). The event will take place at the Caritas Center Eberstadt South, In der Kirchtanne 33 in Darmstadt.
For over 19 years, GARI BALDI has been bringing people from Eberstadt and beyond together. Once a month, they cook, eat, and share stories. Each culinary evening has a specific theme, taking participants from Germany to various countries around the world. In addition to traditional dishes, the concept also includes cultural, social, and political background information about the respective host country.
The project's integrative and intergenerational approach connects people of different backgrounds and age groups. The focus is on encounters, exchange, and shared experiences – without neglecting the fun of cooking.
Political exchange in a relaxed atmosphere
The upcoming evening event is being organized in cooperation with the FDP (Free Democratic Party). In a relaxed atmosphere, attendees will have the opportunity to chat with party representatives while preparing and eating together. The exchange aims not only to build bridges through food but also to provide space for discussions and personal encounters.
For organizational reasons, registration is required by February 23, 2026 at the Caritas Center Eberstadt South.
GARI BALDI is regularly looking for new cooperation partners who would like to help organize a cooking evening and present their culture or organization.
