Construction work will lead to a closure from March 16th to 27th
In Weiterstadt, a section of Goethestraße will be temporarily completely closed due to construction work. According to the city, the measure affects the area around Goethestraße 4 .
The complete closure will be in effect from Monday, March 16, 2026, until approximately Friday, March 27, 2026. The reason is the construction of a new residential building .
Waste disposal at collection points
During the construction work, garbage cans and yellow recycling bags cannot be collected directly from properties. They must therefore be taken to the designated collection points.
These are located at the following points:
- Schillerstrasse corner of Goethestrasse
- Friedrich-Ebert-Straße corner of Goethestraße
The city asks road users and residents to observe the closure.
