Citizen participation: The city of Griesheim publishes its seventh project list and is looking for participants
7th project list on June 16, 2025. It contains 19 municipal projects that are currently planned or already underway. Two new projects have been added since the last list: the renovation of the wastewater treatment plant and the expansion to include a fourth treatment stage . The completed "Mini Forests" project has been archived.

What is the project list?
The Griesheim project list provides a clear overview of projects in the town – in the form of concise fact sheets with relevant information on planning, construction projects, or strategic measures . Interested parties can also find out whether and how citizen participation is planned or has already taken place.
The list is compiled by the Citizen Participation Coordination Office in cooperation with the relevant departments and subsequently approved by the City Council. It forms the basis for transparent communication and active citizen participation.

Join the Citizen Participation Development Team
All interested residents of Griesheim can to join the Citizen Participation Development Team June 22, 2025. The team will support the implementation of the guidelines for effective citizen participation and work together with the administration and political representatives to further develop the culture of participation in Griesheim.
