City of Griesheim and Sahle Wohnen take important step for area development
Griesheim. "Griesheimer Anger" project has reached another milestone: On Monday, August 4, 2025 Sahle Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG signed the urban development contract before a notary.
"The contract between the city and Sahle Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG is a major step in the urban development of the Griesheim Anger. It allowed us, as the city, to coordinate and finalize the specific development of the area with all stakeholders, including the implementation of individual measures and the trades required for them. I am pleased that we have been able to gain such a good and reliable partner for our project in Sahle Wohnen," explained Mayor Geza Krebs-Wetzl .
