The city of Griesheim and Sahle Wohnen take an important step for area development
Griesheim. “Griesheimer Anger” project has reached another milestone: On Monday, August 4, 2025 , the city of Griesheim and Sahle Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG the urban development contract in a notarized ceremony.
“The contract between the city and Sahle Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG is a major step in the urban development of the Griesheim Anger area. It allowed us, as the city, to coordinate and formalize the specific development of the area in detail with all stakeholders, including the implementation of individual measures and the necessary trades. I am delighted that we have gained such a good and reliable partner for our project in Sahle Wohnen,” explained Mayor Geza Krebs-Wetzl .
