Discover instruments, experience a concert, and simply try them out
The Groß-Gerau Municipal Music School its doors on Saturday, September 20, 2025 , from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. "Discover, experience, and try out music," the open house is aimed at children, teenagers, and adults alike.
A wide variety of instruments to try out
From string and wind instruments to keyboard, plucked, and percussion instruments – at the information day, you can try out, ask questions, and make music to your heart's content. You can also explore subject of singing
A special highlight is the live concert from 12:00 to 12:45 in the music school building. Here, teachers and students will present the full spectrum of everyday lessons – from classical to modern.
Registration recommended, spontaneous guests welcome
Anyone wishing to test a specific instrument can register in advance without obligation – either by phone at 06152 / 716 4400 or by email to musikschule@gross-gerau.de . Spontaneous visitors are also very welcome.
Special offer for the youngest visitors on September 27th
Elementary Music Pedagogy (EMP) on September 20th , the music school invites you to two separate courses one week later – on Saturday, September 27th :
- 10:00 AM : Taster course for children aged 1 to 3 years
- 11:00 AM : Early musical education for children aged 3.5 to 6 years
